I bring a holistic approach to health and wellness. With a 2nd-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a black belt in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, I have honed my expertise and dedication to martial arts over decades and understand the type of injuries one could face as an athlete. For the past 21 years, I have proudly operated a large martial arts academy in Burlington, Ontario, where I have cultivated a community of dedicated practitioners and helped countless individuals achieve their fitness and martial arts goals. My mission is to empower others through movement, strength, and resilience, fostering both physical and mental well-being.
